Do you believe your state is using lottery funds strictly for schools as promised?
The State of Ohio promised its citizens that if a state lottery is created, then the schools in Ohio would be funded from lottery proceeds. What has happened is not what was promised. The schools are in worse shape now than they were before the lottery. Lottery funds are being used for other funds other than education.
It would be nice. However, I entirely doubt it. Especially in the southern states.
