Yes. Not because of what may happen this year, or this decade, but what may happen in 100 years. If global warming reaches a tipping point where a positive feedback loop takes over and warming feeds upon itself, then we will have real headaches on our hands.
Its a myth. It is a cycle. When i was young and in school they talked about the Earth was getting colder. It works in cycles.Its been warming up since the ice age. There are scientists on both sides of the issue. Sounds like a great way to make money doing research to me. We pollute less now then ever. Look at my home city since i was a child. Pittsburgh. Used to be you could not see much in town cause of the steel mills. Now the sky's clear. Just one example.
