No...do I really have to say more? He was hired for a job and he didn't perform. He'd be fired anywhere else.

Given the fact that Romney is who he is running against, I say reluctantly, vote for Obama again.  I am not thrilled with many of Obama's policies I'll be honest, however I do not trust Mitt Romney.  He is completely out of touch with the plight of working people.  Shutting down businesses was his gig before and he made a whole lot of money ruining a whole lot of lives.   He's all business - and he's a corporatist.  We have enough problems in this country now without him and his ilk at the helm.  Citizens United already gives corporations entirely too much power.  With Mitt Romney we could expect even more of the same.

He (Romney) also has a history of changing positions (flip flopping ugh how I despise that catch phrase) Now, when a candidate has a change of heart (truly) and switches positions on a subject because they truly have reconsidered their previous opinion etc. that I can respect, but with Mr. Romney this isn't the case.  He does what the people pulling the strings tell him to do and I feel Romney would be like Bush all over again.  People have short memories and like to blame everything on Obama, but a lot of our current problems started under Bush.

Now Obama has his own issues, primarily his signing off on the NDAA bill.  This is a HUGE struggle for me because I would never vote for Romney, but I have  a real hard time making myself vote for someone who would sign this into law and not veto it.  This is the most blatant assault on constitutional rights I've ever seen - and Obama caved and signed off on it.

It seems once again it's a choice of "lesser of two evils" unfortunately.  With the right wing trying to force the republicans further and further to the right and squelching the voice of true moderates, I am very leery of giving them more power.  The assault on women's rights with personhood laws, equal pay issues and defunding planned parenthood is a huge area of concern for me as well.  Romney has not spoken out loudly against any of it.  Another reason I could never vote for him.

Why do you say "reluctantly"?  If you think the man isn't a good president, then don't vote for him.  Don't vote for the lesser evil.  FIND someone you think would make a good candidate and vote for THEM.  Just that would solve half our problems.

At this time, until there is a revolt we have to work with what we've got.  I would love to have other viable parties, it isn't the case at this time. Eventually people will get tired and head that direction hopefully.

I am at the point of Anyone but Obama. I think he is ruining this country. I am not thrilled with Romney either but he will have to get programs going before implementing things. Obama just does Executive orders if he can't get his way. Ghost32 has written a series of articles of why not to vote for Obama. Reading them might give you some ideas of why not to vote for him. I know they have given me more reasons.

I notice that anyone who isn't a clone for Obama is getting voted down. I do not think that liberals are the only ones entitled to an opinion and do not think much of people who vote someone down for having a different opinion.

I agree. As I form an opinion from reading this the fact that they are stopping by to vote people down but not leaving  a comment  makes me wonder if they just don't have anything to say that can be backed up so they vote people down and don't leave

Yes, and to save a lot a bashing, I ask you to google search accomplishments by President Obama. Then you decide. Good luck!

Absolutely not.  He has proven himself either unable or unwilling to stand up for the pre-campaign decisions he made.  He changed his mind on several issues and hasn't given us a good reason.

But.... and I can't stress this enough, if you're struggling to decide either Republican or Democrat this election, do yourself a favor and kick both to the curb.  They've both had plenty of opportunities to find us Presidents and Senators and Congresscritters who can help get us out of this mess and they have failed completely.  Find someone else this time.  Don't give them another opportunity to dig the hole deeper.
