    No - the only change I have noticed is now I have to pay for health insurance that my employer used to provide to me free of charge..... Free healthcare is not helpful to us working Americans....

      Interesting point Conservative Lady. I agree that it is not helpful to any one. In South Africa, we would go to private hospitals because of the universal health plan. The government run hospitals were always understaffed and overcrowded.
