Should an alternative be found for the "war on drugs"?
The "war on drugs" has been an abject failure. It has cost trillions and is unwinnable. I think that a different strategy is desperately needed. What do you think?
Most definitely. The war on drugs is pretty much lost. If all drugs would be legalized, that would cripple the drug cartels. Like prohibition.
give people the freedom of choice. why we let the government control even what we consume when thing like alcohol and cigs are legal is beyond my understanding. if prohibition has taught us anything, it's that taking away things people want or making it a crime to do them causes more crime.
