    Question about relatives from out of state...

    So, I have some relatives in from out of state and I was going to make them some quiche for breakfast and one of them said, "Pancakes!"

    What else should I cook for them, they are all asleep so no asking.

    Breakfast burritos.  They can be made the night before and refrigerated or frozen. Combine scrambled eggs, cooked ground sausage,cooked diced potatoes, and just  a touch of shredded cheese on a flour toritlla.  Add salsa, fold them into a burrito shape and wrap for microwaving.  You can make them fresh in the morning, or do it the night before with all the company helping, wrap them up and have them for breakfast.  Great food.

    It all depends if you want them to stay or not. If you do, home fries, eggs over easy, Jewish rye toast and bacon. Where do you live, I'm on the way...
