The President is supposed to submit his budget by thefirst Monday in February, do you think he will?

I think he will. There is too much pressure not to present it. If he doesn't, the media will eat him alive and depict him as a lazy president... in addition to that, even when he does he will be judged for it and attacked no matter what it says.

In the end, Obama will have it done but not the way Republicans want it to be.

•In the 90 years covering 1923 through 2013, Obama is the only President to miss the deadline 2 years in a row.  He's the only President who missed the deadline in 3 of the 4 years of a term. He holds the record for the longest delay (at 98 days).

He has missed the deadline before. He is not one to adhere to  the laws or the law of the land, the Constitution. His reckless "lack of" leadership and wanting to " fundamentally transform" the Republic is scary. He feels he can make his own rules and govern with fiat powers. Of course, the Congress, as a whole, is no better. Where are the Statesmen that will adhere to the Constitution and  the Bill of Rights in it's entirety with a focus on original intent?,
