   How do you deal with mean girls or mean boys?
   
   Mean people are part of life but how to you deal with the ones who may directly impact you.

   Be meaner! If you can't fight them, join them. Those bullies need to learn a lesson and it should be thought hard enough for them to never resort to bullying ever again.
   
   That's my initial answer to this question yet I know violence will only result to anger..and as we all know anger is the root cause of evil. Express your good intentions to them. They may not respond in a nice way but at least you've done your part. You can't reform bullies if you end up being like them.

      To a certain extent I can see how being meaner could work on the other hand some people just do not have it in them to be mean. In any case the bullies have to know their behavior is unacceptable and won't be tolerated.

      Strength of character can often result in the bully leaving you alone. Stand with your head up and continue doing the best you can to overcome....focusing on the things that are important to you. Not letting them know they hurt goes a long way.

   There are always bullies in the workplace and school. You can encounter a trenchant employer scorning his employee for their incompetence; you can encounter a group of schoolboys snatching the other boy's bag and refusing to return it to him. Bullies are ubiquitous; and if you ask me why there are bullies in the world, the reason is: They are not compassionate, they do not have anger management. They are callow, conservative and selfish. But of course, bullies have to be dealt with, and be it causing psychological or physical harm, all of their misdeeds must be corrected. Victims will want to seek justice because it is really irksome to have people hectoring them. If you see a bully, just complain. Do not ever suppress your emotions. You have the right to do so.

      The adult bullies in the workplace are perhaps the worse kind because they act as if their behavior is all in a day's work and the bullied don't recognize that they are being bullied.
