    Acceptance for value. Is it true?

    Does the whole acceptance for value thing really work.I mailed in my birth certificate and afved it and got no  response..

    I looked up the term "acceptance for value" and it looked like a load of legal gobbledegook. It isn't often that I can't make head nor tail of something like that but someone must have hard a hard time making it up!

      Thanks..I believe this stuff dates back to the 1933..Roosevelt..Something he signed into act to protect the people.It has to do with accepting value,as in turning in ur birth certificate for an extended line of credit.UCCs..Universal commercial codes
