    Mind my own business. The merchant does not pay me to provide loss management for them.

    Any way its good that we don't get involved in that trouble but I guess  we should at least inform him about this.

      Interesting to see how reluctant people are to get involved.  Perhaps more of it goes on than we realize because it is unreported.. Thanks for the comment.

    I'd maybe report it to a store associate or loss prevention. Stealing is stealing and shoplifting increases prices for the honest shopper.

      I completely agree but guess that behind each theft there is a story, sometimes hard to look into the face of the accused and decide what right you have to involve yourself in his/her life. Thanks for your comment.
