So far, is the state doing a good job proving its case against Zimmerman?
I haven't been impressed. State witnesses Sudyka and Mrs. Manalo have no credibility and were flat out wrong in their statements. Jentel is unreliable as well because she has lied and I think made things worse because she testified that Martin made racial remarks. As for Good and Folgate, their testimony backed up what Zimmerman was saying. And these were the state's own witnesses!
Bottom line is it all depends on the jury, and we know how that can go. I have read where some groups are already planning to riot in case Zimmerman is found not guilty. Sounds a little like the Rodney King thing that set off the Watts riots.
The state has no chance of winning this case. However, I pray that the jury is not swayed by public threat of violence as this would defeat the purpose of a jury in any case involving 2 races of any kind. If I had to make a prediction I would say it will end with a hung jury, which I hope the judge will disallow. If they sit for the next year, there must be a verdict. Even though the evidence is overwhelming in Zimmerman's favor, it only takes a shadow of a doubt for acquittal.
So far the state doesn't seem to be winning but I agree that you never know how juries rule. It's an all female non-black jury and I wonder why the state and defense thought that would be a good mix.
Race and gender should not play into the decision of the jury anymore than race should be a factor in a very sad ending between 2 men. If race is the deciding factor in this case, a fair court system will cease to exist. "Just the facts" will be gon

Al Sharpton didn't ever mention it, Jesse Jackson never brought it up, and you didn't look like one of Obama's daughters. The mass media couldn't sell your murder towards a globalist agenda, and Democrats didn't care because no one used a gun to kill you.I hate myself for using your image on the web...
