Should Florida pay for George Zimmerman's legal expenses?
Under Florida law, if a defendant is indigent and was acquitted, the state is required to pay for his legal expenses. LOL! That would be the biggest smack in the face to Angela Corey, who was silly for bringing such a weak case to court.
I am not an advocate of this even though I think Zimmerman was innocent. Because there are many indigent people who should be prosecuted for terrible crimes. I don't want to set a standard that might scare prosecutors from bringing more legit cases out of fear of getting blamed for the state picking up an even larger tab. However, if I was Zimmerman I would file an independent suit against the prosecutors office since they got caught withholding evidence from the defense. Outside of that, he should seek restitution from places like NBC that doctored the 911 calls to frame his statements to sound racist and stir up a whirlwind around him.

If Martin's hand was covering Zimmerman's mouth as he claims, wouldn't the screams have sounded muffled? Zimmerman's DNA wasn't found on Martin's hands so was it Zimmerman or Martin screaming?

When George Zimmerman left his home armed on the night of the Trayvon Martin shooting... was he on neighborhood "watch" observing only suspicious conduct or on George Zimmerman's "patrol"... ready to track a suspect, interrogate the suspect and apprehend him if necessary?...

Do you think the American legal system is designed to protect the criminal or the victim? Our constitution indicates that we have the right to a fair and speedy trial and that the accused is considered innocent until proven guilty. Does that system still serve us adequately today?

Di you agree with the "not guilty" verdict in the Zimmerman's case? Why or why not. For me, technically in the rule of the law, yes, I do agree, but not in the realm of accountability, he should be accountable for failure to comply with the 911 dispatcher .
