Do you think rapist-murderers are in their right mind?
I should like to know your views on this question along with corroborative reasons for them.
Pure and simple, a rapist kills his victims so they won't be around to testify against him. That in itself not only shows malice but a plan to elude capture. Therefore I would say although it is unnatural to rape someone it does not mean a rapist is "insane" or unaware they have committed a crime against another person.
Some yes, some no. Murderers can just snap. For a rapist it takes coercion and planning. Which in my mind is 1st degree murder. Some people kill out of passion. Rapists rape out of anger and control. Then do away with their victims to avoid being caught. A rapist-murderer is the most dangerous criminal mind out there.
