   Is there a new world order?
   
   Iraq wants to be split into three different countries: Kurds, Shiia, and Sunni. Syria also wants to be divided. Israel wants to takeover Palestine. Palestine wants to become it's own country. The Eastern part of the Ukraine wants to be returned to Russia. Egypt democratically elected the Muslim Brotherhood, but they were deposed. Western Belgium wants to part of France. Libya's militia wants to take over..  It seems like the new world order is really the old world order. These people want to return to their roots and not follow the modern day borders of their countries. What are your thoughts?

   A place is a place that has little notion at all of what some piece of paper's lines say it is or isn't. Many of these lines on maps exist through the will of powerful forces outside of the people who live in these places. The line itself has little power and can only be maintained externally through force or internally through self-created borders.
   
   The world is changing. That is obvious enough to not need any exposition. A once bipolar world, became unipolar, and is now shifting to multipolar. Old powers no longer hold the same sway over lines on the map and the gravity of new powers is starting to pull on some of them, combined with the inability for some countries (e.g. Iraq and Syria) to maintain their borders.
   
   I don't think it is a new world order or an old world order. It is the same world order, with most people just fighting for the patch of dirt they happen to be standing on. The only real difference is that formerly impossible fights are starting to become possibilities.

   You forgot the effort to place on the 2016 California ballot for California to become six states. Supposedly the required signatures will be submitted any day now. Presently it is opposed by 59% with one survey. It is at Wiki for those who are interested. There are obstacles of course with state constitution and federal constitution legalities.
   
   Two interesting observations is the proposed aligned states would mean instantly one would have the highest per capita income in the nation while another would be the lowest. That 'new' state with highest will also be the most populous offering a higher tax base. That said one state's tax base would not share with another other than through federal.
   
   Even though it is tossed about as humorous many are discussing the idea except with less states. One may say a window of opportunity may open, yet a door could offer change with less states.
   
   I ponder if it does not align with what you proposed with this question in regard to World Orders. The difference being 'how' the change would be initiated, e.g not warlike. It would be a process of democracy. The world would have eyes upon this nation if not already.
   
   Could a precedent be set justifying such a change in world venues? Populous is populous and economic differences are economic differences. These states would be as large as many countries. So, what are the differences . . . concerning 'orders'?

      The difference is a democratic process within the context of a democracy.  Most of the countries I mentioned are theocracies.  When democracy is thrust upon them, the outcome is never good. I  Should have made this a forum instead of question format.

   If you wish to understand the course of history don't pay too much attention on the multicolored political maps. Study instead the geophysical map. The rivers, the seas and the mountain ranges are the real boundaries.

      cjhunsinger : After WWI, the mid-east was carved up by the British and the French without any regard for ethnicity, culture and religion to create chaos as an instrument of control. Today, the borders are not being honored by the people living there.

   This is God's world with/without borders, It is loaned to us not given to us to divide, or horde.
   One day God will say enough, then this one world will go up in one big puff!

      Which god might that be? Kingdoms require subjects. How does this work in a free society or are you promoting a theocracy. Of what I see in the world past or present this god is not a good planner, unless chaos is his best suit.

   The New World Order is what Bush described on 9/11 in 1990. This is the wet dream of the Rothschild family and their friends with the Rockefellers, Warburgs and other psychopathic rich.
   
   Divide and conquer is a popular method of these psychopaths. They create unrest and dissent as a method of political manipulation toward greater power for them. They finance both sides of every war. When Nelson Rockefeller was being grilled by Congress on becoming VP, he was asked why one of his companies was supplying the enemy in Vietnam. He pleaded ignorance. I doubt his lack of knowledge. Supporting both sides of every conflict has been SOP since the early days of the Rothschilds.
   
   Behind every persistent conflict, there is a hidden third party fanning the flames of discontent. The corporate-government hegemony in America created 9/11 and blamed it on the Muslims. In fact, they had their Muslim patsies protected from FBI investigation for months prior to 9/11, to the consternation of the FBI agents who noticed their suspicious activities.
   
   We can cure Earth of the NWO by following the wisdom of Christ -- to love others (even our enemies) as if they were ourselves.
