Is this necessary? The president SHOULD BE able to go on vacation. Just keep in touch with senators via Twitter and Blackberry (or whatever online tools he has/wants) and see that healthcare legislation is done/passed.
the bill is not a done deal

People want health care. Everyone would agree with that.
But when you look at this horrific bill you can see this is not a "plan" that does anything to further that cause.
This "plan" is horrible.
Had Obama proposed a real plan that didn't mandate and feed the special interest agenda he might have been successful.
Instead he took his own agenda and tried to force it down our throats.
Obama is a one term president. And when you get him away from the teleprompter he puts his foot in his mouth continually.
LIVE FROM WASHINGTON,THE HEALTHCARE REFORM BILL DISCUSSION
On Saturday 3/20/10 EXCLUSIVLY on Fox News cable at 10:00am to 12:00 ET time NO OTHER PLACE BUT FOX NEWS
A special program regarding healthcare reform '' LIVE AND UNCUT '' direct from Washington , hosted by Neil Cavuto.
BOTH SIDES OF THE DEBATE? Try not to miss it. Will congress pass a bill against the will of the people? Will it be the party or the people if a vote is taken?
The program is only on FOX NEWS and wondering if excerpts will be shown or even discussed on the main street media .
The only question remains if Pelosi got the votes required to pass the bill? Either way, it should be an interesting program.
Have you noticed that the president don't give any press conferences lately when he talks about the healthcare reform bill.
Just all the good stuff, no questions allowed, propaganda and half truths on what the bill includes.
The health insurance premiums cost can be resolved if the government gets some of those 14.9 million people back to work.
They don't get it in Washington, it's simply in the numbers.
Look forward to your comments regarding the fox program.
I cannot wait until this bill passes; so we can move to the next big topic of debate (or future bill).
Obama's idea of open debate is to say he wants it... then act like a spoiled child when anyone questions him.
He campaigned on a promise that all bills would be posted on the Internet for 5 days BEFORE a vote so that the people could see what is in them.
I find people that support passing ANY Bill into law that has not undergone full disclosure not only to the Political Parties in Congress but to the people who will be subject to these laws irresponsible and uneducated.
People that are singing Obama's praises have no idea what is included in this Horrific Bill.
But as George Carlin said: "Take the average guy, half the people are dumber than that"... or some variation.
But there are people who do not want to work, who are jealous of those who work and earn their success. There are people who support socialism. There are people who simply have no clue.
And everyone gets to vote.
So even if the well is empty, there will be those who will think they can drink from it.
Team Obama is rapidly destroying any chance of Economic Recovery.
And yes Obama only holds press conferences to TELL HIS SIDE never to encourage open debate and look at both sides of the issue.
Obama is of Kenyon Ancestry.

With unemployment still hovering around 10%, should the new "Freshman Class" in the House of Represenatives be hellbent on killing Obamacare or more concerned with job creation?
