Do you believe that the police are singling out &targeting Blacks innocently or are they acting
for legitimate reasons because those Blacks committed crimes? There is much contention regarding the issue of police brutality in Black communities. Some are outraged, citing a system of Caucasian supremacy that is oppressing Blacks, even targeting them for annihilation while others strong assert that if those Blacks weren't committing crime or other illegal acts, they wouldn't be targeted by the police.
The simplest answer is that if an individual hates or fears police officers, they will tend to invite unfriendly cops into their experience regardless of their outward appearance. There are, of course, exceptions to the norm such as racist cops and minorities who have been mistreated in the past giving a reason to fear them beyond cultural and/ or musical influence.
The same answer would apply to police officers who hate or fear those of a different or particular race. They will tend to converge with aggressive people at inopportune moments.
