Why is human colony illegal?
Base on my understanding, human colony research is ban, because if they felt if too many people have same DNA it would be harder to use DNA for criminal investigation. But to my knowledge identical twins already have the exact same DNA. But identical twins have different finger prints, so clones are most likely to have different finger prints, too.
I have never heard of this "human colony" with regards to the replication of individuals. I believe the term is more accurately used to depict colonies sent to inhabit outer space.
If your idea of a human colony is illegal though, I would suggest that this is so because genetic modifications is largely seen as immoral. If we were to alter the DNA of humans, then we would be defying the will of God. This is just the common argument against cloning; however, I do not believe in a God myself.

I personally think it is ridiculous that it's not allowed. But according to polls the majority disagree with me! Surely there must be somebody on here that favors the outlawing of marijuana. Tell me why!
