If mutants like the ones in X men is real, how would government around the world respond?
More experienced nations usually would form a federal agency, where mutant of good ethics would be drafted and trained to be federal agent, to police the mutant population, from conducting crime, probably each mutant agent would have a none mutant handler. Following the principle not all mutant is evil and it is better to have mutants working for you then against you. But some other nation, do you recon the same sort of prejudice that happen in X men would happen?
Most governments of the world can't even handle having different races without having their armies go insane. X-Men-style mutants would cause these people to panic-mash the Nuke button until the earth is a blackened ember of coal.
