   Why is Hillary Clinton running for office?
   
   She has essentially exposed herself as the opposite of strong, a liar, irresponsible, among many other things. Why is she being Supported through these despicable actions.

   The short answer is democrat party loyalty, and they don't have any one else in the party that can score better than her.

   For the same reasons every other multi-millionaire/billionaire runs. They're interested in acquiring power and having a historical legacy.
   Why is she being Supported through these despicable actions?
   Mainly because people vote according to their pocketbook, the party platform, and promises made. Personality also trumps character.
   It also probably doesn't hurt that she's married to the most popular living former president at this time. A lot of people love Bill Clinton more than they love Hilary. They may be feeling a vote for Hil is a vote for Bill. LOL!
   Seriously a lot of folks remember the 90s as being an economic boom. Per an ABC news report:
   "The fiscal 2001 budget surplus was projected at $256 billion, White House officials said. The fiscal 2000 surplus was $237 billion, officials said, which capped four straight years of budget surpluses. This was the first time the country has had four straight budget surpluses since 1930, officials said."
   It sure beats the deficits we face today.

   What did Hillary lie about? Benghazi?  It was proven that she did not lie and it is proven that the Republicans plotted the Benghazi conflict to bring her down.
   People hate Hillary because she stood by President Clinton, when Monica was hired to bring him down and when that did not work. people turned on Hillary because she did not leave him and if she had people would have turned on her for leaving him.
   BTW the Benghazi committee at least the Republican portion is raising money for Marco Rubio's campaign.
   But to answer your question.  I truly believe that Hillary cares about this country.
