Do you think that the US has been Reactive or Proactive about Anti Terrorism?
Deal with what the terrorists Did versus what they are going to do Next!
It seems to me that the US has only reacts to a terrorist attack. 911 is an example, as there clearly was not defense department scenario for that successful attack.
After an attempt by a terrorist to use a shoe bomb, then and only then did the TSA include that in its security measures.
What do you think?
There are only a few cases where the US was caught off guard by terrorism in the US going back to the 1990s. Since 2001 the US has been pro-actively hunting terrorists all over the world and countless attacks were stopped because of it. Only the successful attacks seem to hold viewers' attentions though.
What is proactive about how the TSA handles passengers, and how we have seen the future with the Paris Attack.
My point is that we are reacting to the latest successful attack or attempted attack. Clearly 911 was an example of not being proactive,
