Why Americans and even Republicans are totally divided into two groups in supporting Donald Trump???
There are two types of people in America. Them who love Trump and them who hate him. Is he really such a charismatic figure?
No, he's a carnival barker, and as PT Barnum said, there's a sucker born every minute. Donny Deutsch says the one obligation we have as citizens is to pay taxes if we can. He certainly can, and he doesnt. What kind of patriot is that? Hes only in it for himself. Watch and see. Trump is not charismatic, he's a gd blowhard!
For liberals, he is terrifying because he's tapped into the disaffected white working class that they ignore, though there have been twice as many working whites as those of other races for 50 years. He's tapping into the socially conservative labor union members once called Reagan Democrats.
For Republican party leaders, he is terrifying in that he is tapping into the base. For too long, Republican leaders said what is good for big business is good for the country. Outsourcing of factories costing jobs, bringing in legal immigrants via HB-1 and tolerating illegal immigrants have caused wages for the bottom half of the population to stagnate for 20 years. When you have workforce participation rates at what they were in the 70s, about 10% who had jobs a decade ago now unemployed while most new jobs have gone to immigrants, you have a lot of people who have thus seen their household wages drop and government leaders who slap them with a racist label if they complain about the root causes.
So Trump has tapped into the small business owners and working class, as well as many middle class, voters on the Republican side. He says build a wall, and everyone who lost a job to an immigrant or was told we don't have funding for more honors classes because we have to meet bilingual needs or can't find a service provider who speaks English cheers.
For the Republican leaders freaking out over Trump, they ignore the fact that he has a good chance at winning - because they will lose control of the party. And for Republican leaders, it is worse to lose control of the party than to lose yet another election to the Democrats.
I'm not terrified of him, he makes me sick. Pompous rich boy. The fact that a private school bully-boy has gotten this far says more about the TV generation than anything else. I don't look up to him. Just the opposite. Show your taxes, Dumpy!
The social justice warriors who attacked cops and threatened Trump supporters are adult bullies.
Talk to Sanders about that. That is moveon.org. they do the same at Hillary rallies. But if course, Sanders is pristine. Ha!

This is why Romney lost. He displayed poor cognitive reasoning. He actually said that the widely known fact that smaller classroom size in schools is advantageous to students was misinformation perpetuated by teacher's unions to hire more teachers. Are teachers insidious, or is Romney...

Gas prices are soaring as usual under Republican leadership. This will hurt middle and lower classes more than it does those who got the lions' share of the tax cuts. Not only do we have to repay the Chinese for the money we borrowed , we now have to pay higher prices for fuel. I hope those wanted...

I'll let you answer that but provide this insight from a recent CNN poll. Q16. If you had to choose, would you rather see Donald Trump and the Republicans in Congress mostlyimplement Republican policies and pay little attention to the positions taken by the Democraticleaders in Congress, or...

Did the Republican senate ignore Americans, just to spite Obama? In the recent failure to pass new background checks for gun purchases, the Republican senate ignored the overwhelming support of the American citizens to pass this bill. This was done because they thought that a bipartisan passing of...
