    Would it be better to rehab racist law enforcement personnel or pre-screen better before hiring?

    Roland G. Fryer Jr. is a black Harvard professor. He found that:
    * indication of racial bias associated with incidents in which cops fired their guns.
    * police officers who had not been attacked were more  likely to shoot white suspects.
    * blacks were more likely to attack the police
    * more whites are killed by police than whites, but it is the blacks shot by them that garners far more outrage

    There is no problem when blacks are respectful of police, and the greater problem is black on black crime that has killed more black people in just Chicago this year than cops killed in all of last year. Pareto principle - focus on the 90%, not the 1%. And if black lives matter to Black Lives Matter, they'd focus on the black on black crime killing tens of thousands a year.

      Well Tamara, that's more on the lines of a long term solution and I'm totally with you on it. What can be done, as a solution for biased cops, using a shorterm approach? Personally, I'm more prone to more accurate, pre-hire psyche tests than rehab.

    If they did a good job on pre-screening then there wouldn't be as great a need to rehab. Also, using the word Racist is a conclusion made without facts. It is meant to cover any white person being involved with any black person.

    The word racist must be proven and not just uttered.
