   Can you imagine a civil war in the United States, and if so why would it start?
   
   As the richer become richer and the poor population grows tension could become tight. Do you think it possible that a civil war could start in the US. And what would be the reasons behind it. Or is this a hero theme scenario only used in Holywood movies like Captain America and has nothing to do with reality. A civil war is something from the past we've outgrown it.

   If a civil war does start, it will not be started by the poor. It'll be started by the middle class, who are fed up with the tyrannical acts of the U.S. Government.
   It's the middle class that has the guns. It's the middle class that has the understanding that they're being screwed on a regular basis by the U.S. Government.
   And those in Government, the best example of the attitude is hillary killary clinton, cannot understand the thinking of the middle class. Sitting in an ivory tower type setting, they see themselves as superior to everyone. They seem to think that their was is the only way. That sectors of society that are deviant ought to be brought into mainstream acceptance.
   Take for example BLM "mission" of disrupting the entire societal norms. Not because those norms are bad, but because it doesn't fit into their view of the world. BLM states they don't want to be American, but part of a "Black societal world wide group" that's no where to be found.
   It's the middle class that has structural norms that allow them to be civilized in the world. And the thought of the U.S. Government supports uncivilized behavior is just mind boggling.
   So, if it does come to a revolt, a civil war that our founders said we should have if the U.S. Government has become tyrannical, it will come from the educated middle class that refuse to tolerate the tyranny now known as the U.S.Government. It's not one party thats tyrannical, the GOP is as guilty as the demoncraps. Both parties want the citizens of the U.S. to be serfs, to support their political agendas of both parties.
   At some point it's either enough is enough, or the U.S. conitues down the road that's led to the cesspool that we have today, called "America".

      Look at who owns the guns. Look at who's been screwed the most by the American government. They've screwed no one more than the middle class.
      If there's going to be a civil war, it's start with them this time.
      Students will be in "safe places".

   We will only know if all of this is true as time goes on, maybe it is , maybe it isn't but for sure some of it has already come to pass although he is telling us about that after the fact. It will be interesting to see if his predictions come true...I find it hard to believe but then from what I've seen so far, which I think is only the tip iof the iceberg I wouldn't be surprised because we are dealing with people who believe they are above the law, and maybe they actually are.
   
   On the other hand this could be the same tactic the left uses, to put ludicrous or unprovable accusations out there in the political ether hoping there are dupes who will believe it.

      Very easily this could happen.
      The left would lose - they'd want safe zones that the armed citizens would just ignore.
      But, yeah, very possible groups or sects against each other.

   We already have the Democrat party paying people to show up at conservative events to attack people while blaming the victims for the violence (we say your words are hate, you incited the words with hate speech, you deserved the beating).
   And there are many instances on colleges and increasingly in public of people for free trying to block access to an event with a conservative speaker, disrupting people at meetings with air horns (denying freedom of speech), assaulting audience members and speakers (Ben Shapiro, Milo Yiannapolis, and others).
   Look at the assaults shown the Hillbullies hash tag. Democrats walk down a street and sucker punch someone wearing pro-Trump gear, beat up a black homeless woman by his Hollywood star, groups of blacks freely attacking white students at a Philadelphia private college and police downplay the assault and the racist nature of it. One of the few in the mob arrested and the only one to generate outrage was the black teen who hit the police horse.
   What do the feds do? Empathize with the rioters, endorse the bullies actions, call for more of fighting the "hate". Now I understand how fascism rises - you can attack people you don't like literally and feel good about it when you're wrapped in a mantle of good. So you have liberals beating people up calling the victim an evil hater, while saying your assault is fighting hate.
   The war is already here, and if Clinton win, it will go full scale. Of Trump wins, the Brownshirt Hillbullies will still riot but that stops when a President who isn't the one inciting the violence takes over. Then you'll just have the crybullies screaming and the fawning press back to saying the violent fascists are the victims.

      The war, if there is going to be one, isn't here yet. Civil unrest leads to civil war but you will know when civil war is here because it will be heralded by declaration of martial law, make no mistake about that.

      In a civil war, no one wins. it's neighbour against neighbour and never black and white / right or wrong. unrest is not the same as civil war. I hope things won't escalate whoever will win.

      You see Trump supporters ripping up signs for hillary killary clinton?
      You see middle class whites burning and looting?

      I'm not going into a political argument Trump vs Clinton. There are other questions on Hubpages that will.  At the moment I do not think the civil war is already in the US and I hope it never will. but the question remains. can there be one?

      It is very possible that civil war could break out in the U.S..
      Citizens will tolerate tyranny only to a point. When they have nothing to lose, which is not far away, then anything is possible.

       I hope not John, a civil war is the most terrible thing that can happen to a country. Nobody wins, everybody looses and it can continue for years. And most of the time in the end a tyrant will stand up and take control, back to square one.

   There are just as many Christian fanatics, as there are Muslim fanatics and if they got the opportunity, they will be no different from ISIS. Just remember about the 1000 years of crusades and inquisition, just as bad as ISIS. In recent years Christian fanatics are at boiling point, especially after the legalization of gay marriage in the US. If there is a going to be another civil war in the US, it is most likely, be a war with a Christian version of ISIS, but considering the current circumstances in the US, it is very difficult from Christian fanatics to raise to power, to launch war against the US or even having a chance to even become a threat or to be able to raise an army.

      The difference is that barring a lone insane man every few years, there are no Christians killing for Christ, but it happens thousands of times a year in 2016 by Muslims. So you have a false equivalence here.
