Could Russian hackers mess with the U.S. election results?

Given recent events involving Comey, can his opinion be trusted?
Democrat vote fraud from Obama telling illegal aliens to vote without fear to organized multi-voting to voter intimidation confirmed by Project Veritas and Wikileaks are a far greater issue - as are the voting machines that always seemed to default on an error to Democrat.
Trump probably won by a larger margin than what the official tallies said. And that is the more important set of problems - liberals seeing their cause as more important than the law, outright lying about the candidate and open bias against the conservative candidate, liberal violence against conservatives and their bullying from the mundane screaming to institutionalized instigation (Creamer sending in troublemakers to create violence then blamed on the Republican victims).
