We can't be more in trouble than what we already are. Most Americans did not like the direction this country was heading towards and that was made known loud and clear on Nov. 8th.

Where do live that you don't know the America has been declining for the past several decades. For it to be in any more trouble under Donald Trump we wouldn't be able to recognize it. The bar is set so low now.

Yes and no, Trump's policy is what the US need right now, considering the long standing policy of the US is not longer suitable for our time, Trump's policy bring about the changes that is needed, but on the other hand, Trump is inexperience and have some questionable moral, so...I guess...wait and see.

America has been "troubled" for years now. There's not been a time in history that a portion of the American people did not feel troubled. Trump has envoked division within our country as more people have become involved in this previous election. With this being said, I feel as if the worst that will come to America will be among the American people itself because so many people support certain subjects so strongly. We must learn to be open-minded and open-hearted in order to avoid hatred amongst one another. We, as Americans, need to remember that we are a democracy: power of the people. The power is in our hands, not in one leader of our government. If we feel troubled, we need to be the change.

How has Trump invoked  division in the US? Isn't it that he won the election and Hillary lost. He also beat out 16 professional republican candidates, while Hillary had a hard time with only 4 candidates and almost lost to Bernie Sanders.
