That's quite intriguing."Two birds with a single stone". Would be interesting to see the reactions though.

No i wont move. However, i have no desire to live in a fascist police state where women have no rights. I still think we need two americas. The red states and the blue. Theoretically, we sort of have it already by which state you live in, but when it comes to making federal laws that affect everybody, i do not consent to being ruled by men in dresses (judges and priests) with a far right view.
And im sure those on the right feel the same about the other side. OBVIOUSLY--as they dont even cooperate with the president! So, not leaving, but not going through another nixon, reagan, bush, bush either.
What to do? Split it up!

I am with Leslie on this, If by chance Mr. trump does win, most women will see the men who voted for him as what they are condoning his misogynistic abuse of women and children.
Why would you expect anyone to leave their home if trump were elected President?  Will you leave this country if Hillary is elected?
If trump is elected, I don't think any of us need worry about leaving, he will have us in a third world war, and that will be the end of our beautiful country.  And come to think about it that just may bring about the end of time.

Yes. An alt right house, senate, prez and supreme court will end us for good. Ever read the handmaids tale?

Thank you Leslie, I will check out the handmaids tale. An alt-right Senate, house, Presidency and Supreme Court is really scary, but I will continue to speak out against the alt-right.

First of all, there's no chance in HELL that Donald Trump is going to be President of the United States.  His polls are negative & he has demonstrated immature & infantile behavior unfitting a presidential candidate.  Blacks, Latinos, & women are against him because of his racist & misogynic viewpoints.

Trump has been associated w/White Supremacists such as David Duke so he is viewed as political poison. Prominent Republicans are doing everything they can to distance themselves from Trump as he is bad news for & a stigma on the party.  Hillary Clinton is going to win the presidency hands down so don't even think about going to Canada or other locales if Trump wins because he......ISN'T GOING TO WIN.....

P.S. There are FAR MORE people supporting Hillary Clinton than there are those supporting Donald Trump.   Clinton is viewed as the future America whereas Trump is being increasingly viewed as a relic of America's past which people want to progress from.

I just read the Handmaid's Tale excerpt and I can see how this could be a prophecy if trump winds the White House.

I would most certainly do no such a thing.  Who our President is, was or will be has never had any effect on me so outrageous that it would cause me to move from my country!  In fact, It's my opinion that people who utter that comment, don't mean it literally.  It's said simply to emphasize how they feel about the candidate they do not like!
Sure there may be a few people who are so hell-bent that they would actually pack up and move, but it would be very interesting to follow up with these folks and see where they went, how they're doing and whether they are better off or do they regret leaving America.
I was just recalling a few days ago that I did not vote for one of our particular past presidents and he turned out to have a very successful term & I respected him.  It also happened that my choice won the office of POTUS & by the time he left, I was ready to help him pack!
The world keeps turning and life goes on.

If Donald Trump isn't president then no one will have to worry about the United States as it will cease to exist as the USA. The decline of the US since the 70s will culminate in total failure making 2008 look like the good times.

Well, some of us are of the opinion that its people like him who caused the decline.

I have been living outside of the U.S. in Thailand since 2007.  If you hate Trump so much, I wouldn't come over to live with me in Thailand since no one pays attention to political correctness here and the military runs the show.  If a person is really bent on moving out of the States, they should move to one of the European socialist countries and see if they can afford it and like it.

I left when the marxist obama was elected to the white house.
Currently outside the U.S.A., thank God!
I might move back to the U.S. if Americans wake up and put a man in the white house like Trump.
The wimps we have in d.c. and the elite ilk like hillary are destroying America. See it or not, makes no difference to me.
But, when you're rated number 15 on the list of the most free countries in the world, you're politicians are doing something wrong.
Obamacare, the FBI being bought off, the lack of actual indictments against banker..... There's more corruption in the u.s than most banana republics.
Maybe Trump can change that, hillary will make it worse.
Enjoy your enslavement by the politicians in d.c.
Your only hope is a Trump victory.
    Cheers
