How can I fight the S.S. Admin
Currently receive widow benefits and am told I can't collect widow benefits and my own rightful benefits at 65. I can't survive on just one or the other. I am legally entitled to both and I need both to survive. I would have his benefits and mine if he had lived. 2 can live almost as cheaply as one and today's poverty level has been staring me in the face since he died.
