What if Trumpsters were right all along?

Maybe the FBI is really totally out of control and has continued messing with the Executive Office. Investigation of allegations of  misconduct motivated by political bias or personal animus, the FBI is accused of leaking info from the FBI to True Pundit, a conservative website, during the bureau's investigation into Clinton's use of a private email server as secretary of State. . . . . . . . . . .. .If anyone has a right to complain about the politicization of the FBI it is Hillary Clinton supporters, as Trump surrogate Rudy Giuliani has admitted that the NY office leaked information to him.

Wouldn't surprise me too much.  We're seeing corruption in every other institution of our country - high levels of corruption.

The investigation against Hillary Clinton was a sham. The FBI didn't even put her under oath. In the end, Hillary owed Comey, and the AG for keeping her out of jail. Putting her in jail would have ended her run for the presidency.

Comey stated all the elements needed to bring Hillary to trial, but then added she didn't have the intent. Well as a lawyer, Comey knew or should have known that gross negligence doesn't require intent. If we add intent then we have the crime of treason.

Comey also committed crimes by failing to really investigate Clinton, and then when he was rightfully fired leaked classified information. The FBI calls it breaking their rules, but it is still an independent crime.

It was also a clear case of obstruction of justice for Clinton to have deleted the 33000 emails on her computer, and then having the drives bleached. These are as clear acts of hiding information as when people start shredding papers. Clinton was under a subpoena duces tecum when she had her IT person do it.

She also physically had the drives destroyed. In addition, she clearly lied to the people and the FBI when she claimed their was no classified information on her private unsecured server. Even just having that server unsecured is gross negligence. I also assume that none of the many people that accessed or had accessed to those servers had the proper security clearance.

This is not malfeasance, or even misfeasance on the part of Clinton, it is simply lying to the FBI and then destroying evidence. There is your intent, but again it was not needed for gross negligence.

Comey and Clinton along with the Obama AG, and Obama should be in jail for the crimes they committed. The fact that they are not has to be attributed to Obama covering up and using his executive office to ensure no charges being filed.

The Obama AG meeting with Bill Clinton was not appropriate and based on the AG's failing to charge Clinton clearly indicating criminal intent. The resistance of the Obama State Dept in not providing all the information about Clinton's emails and delaying it is clearly something to have been investigated along with president Obama.

You call this an answer. And this is why I delete. I deleted your comment on the forums just because I haven't deleted anything of yours for a long while, but you kept droning every chance you got. So I didn't want to disappoint you.humor!
