FBI Comey just wrote a tell all book...

    How come he is not under any restrictions of confidentiality...
    While an investigation is pending and ongoing...

    Isn’t it the standard FBI line, “ we can’t comment on an on-going investigation...”

    So why is Comey allowed to give his opinion...?

    Where is the DOJ on this? Aren’t they support to review any potential  book by employees or ex employees to approve it?

    Is the information provided by Comey usable in a court of law?
    If this case goes further with Trump, can Comey be called as witness?
    Would this information taint any future trial if any?
    Is he under oath? What if he lied in this book. He can be charged with tampering with evidence?

      I already preordered the audio book from audible. Get one free month and planning on canceling membership as soon as done with book so I don't have to pay any fees. It's #1 already on Amazon and it isn't released until next week!

      Assuming that you haven't read it yet, I wonder how come you 'know' Comey (my homey) has broken any 'restrictions of confidentiality'?

    Comey is a grandstander , that's his entire personality , "Look At Me " is what happened to the old school integrity of the FBI .   I think he was an embarrassment to the remaining majority of FBI personnel as the inner circles of mainstream investigators and management  are  quietly saying good riddance , I said early on that Comey would immediately write a book AND have a slot as a CNN primetime news show host  , soon to come !His book  will be based on his personal opinion ,"1st amendment rights "and not on any actual cases in point.He won't be disposed in a trial because this case is going no where anytime soon BUT the back burner until it burns out like  an old star in a distant constellation .  More importantly as I've also said , the DOJ , FBI , IRS departments were politicized by the Obama fiasco from the beginning.
