Well, the list grows longer every day...  IT very much appears the Dem's should have requested an investigation into 2016 presidential election. The tables have certainly turned, and once again they are in a very unflattering spotlight.

This scandal will be bigger than Watergate. With the FBI, CIA, DOJ, and the State Department all involved. My this is going to be ugly.  Let's have a look at the growing list of crimes. I imagine the many that were involved are presently lawyering up?  I imagine many that were involved are Lawyers.

    1. Hatch Act
    2. Logan Act
    3. Espionage Act
    3. Treason Act
    4. Democracy Act
    5. Ethics in government Act
    6. All of the above Act
    You be the judge....

Update May 21, 2018 ... Could it get worse?  Yes

President Trump has sought to put the spotlight on the Obama administration after demanding a probe be opened into whether his predecessor’s FBI “infiltrated” his 2016 campaign.  He requested that the DOJ investigate what then-President Barack Obama knew about the operation.  It appeared the FBI “had an "informant” meet with multiple contacts with members of Trump’s campaign early in July of 2016.   The president tweeted Sunday, May 20, he would seek a DOJ probe of whether agents surveilled the campaign for political purposes, and whether any such demands came from the Obama administration.

May 21, 2018, The DOJ was swift to respond to the president's request, the department’s inspector general Michael E. Horowitz will handle that review.

This is no surprise to me. It may just be Horowitz while investigating the FBI's handling of Hillary Clinton's private server/email case uncovered a much bigger crime or crimes...   A much bigger Government scandal.

This Is So Ugly... The informant that infiltrated the Trump  2016 presidential campaign has been outed. How quickly the tables can turn.

Politics has always been a dirty game, but it does seem that it is far beyond anything we the citizens ever thought.

Is it possible that "we the people" will actually do a housecleaning - will "clean up the swamp"  - ourselves?  Probably not, for that housecleaning will hurt and we're not willing to pay the price.

I totally agree with every word... However, if something is not done to stop this kind of corruption it will prove to show just what kind of society we have become. Not pretty is it?

No, it's not pretty.  But they have a great excuse: "Somebody said naughty things about my candidate 10 years ago, so I get to do twice as bad now."  A bunch of children squabbling in the sandbox, crying "Unfair!  Unfair!"

May 20,  President Trump posted on Twitter as well as Facebook.

"I hereby demand, and will do so officially tomorrow, that the Department of Justice look into whether or not the FBI/DOJ infiltrated or surveilled the Trump Campaign for Political Purposes - and if any such demands or requests were made by people within the Obama Administration!"

Way overdue...   Time to get to the bottom of what the Obama administration did to attempt to corrupt the 2016 presidential election.

Of course , THIS is exactly what the RNC , the  senate / congressional ethics committee , even the DNC and the entire media should be asking and in fact ,demanding .   All things in their own time I suppose . it's about time Trump did more than this however , Sessions , Comey ,Mueller , many others should be held legally accountable.

November is coming too , Remember !

I think this week will bring lots of surprises.  It is clear that president Trump is through waiting, and will be pushing for answers, and it's time for Mueller to put up or shut up.. .

I think you're correct ,   it is long past time though and maybe he's once again moving at the optimum time given the  November mid terms ,  Mueller has all but wasted  any obstruction currency , Comey couldn't even show up for intelligence hearings , too busy self promoting , it's going to be interesting watching the  media "spin " whatever Trump does .

Can the left afford any more losing face ?
