After pardoning Jack Johnson last week, Trump just pardoned another great American immigrant - Denesh D’souza. Another injustice by the Obama Administration corrected.
Right. No one should be punished for making an illegal campaign contribution.
Yes, in this case. It is like Martha Stewart. She made a bad trade and an illegal trade but she was singled out and went to jail for lying...to the FBI.
Denesh was made an example by the Obama admin. because he made some great documentaries exposing the Democrats...
Tell me he is not the only one that went to jail for doing exactly the same thing and worse.
Baloney. He pleaded guilty in a court and admitted he broke the law:
Mr. D’Souza told a judge in Federal District Court that he knew that making a campaign contribution in the name of another “was wrong and something the law forbids.”
“I deeply regret my conduct,” he added.
“Are you pleading guilty to this crime because you are in fact guilty of it?” the judge, Richard M. Berman, asked.
“Yes, Your Honor,” Mr. D’Souza said.

POTUS attorneys were supposedly asked if he can pardon aides, family and himself. Why would that be necessary?

Paul Manafort--already in deep doo doo--is in further jeopardy because of his repeated lies to Robert Mueller's investigators after he signed an agreement to cooperate with the probe. He seems to be betting all of his chips on a pardon from Trump by breaking the deal. The reasons for Mueller's move...
