Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, once again brought charges against foreigners - in this release, 2 Russian Intelligence Officers were charged with the DNC hack (even though the FBI never formally possessed or forensically investigated said server.) He gave this quote in the briefing:
"There is no allegation in this indictment that any American citizen committed a crime. There is no allegation that the conspiracy changed the vote count or affected any election result," Rosenstein told reporters at the Justice Department in Washington. He added that he had briefed President Donald Trump about these allegations earlier this week.
Thus far, none of the indictments by the Department of Justice or Special Counsel Robert Mueller have had anything to do with collusion with Russia during the 2016 election. The most prominent convictions have been for false statements to the FBI.
Seems to me like this move was strictly to divert attention away from the Peter Strzok testimony, but that's just my opinion. I'd like to hear your thoughts.
R.J....another aspect of the Mueller investigation is the Russian company challenging the Mueller indictment against Russians. Mueller is not turning over the evidence to the defense. I don't think Mueller expected anyone to challenging their indictment.
"The government disclosed at the hearing it had collected nearly two terabytes worth of social media profiles as evidence.
An estimated 310,000 photos or 17,000 hours of music could fit into one terabyte alone, according to a blog post by an IT expert and professor at the University of Oregon.
Dubelier complained that no evidence has been turned over, and said the social media data was largely in Russian and irrelevant to his client’s case. He said his client had nothing to do with the creation of the social media profiles and was not associated with individual defendants in the case."

Actually, the fact based evidence of collusion / conspiracy / treachery between our enemy Russia and Mr Trump and or his entire family and campaign is astounding in volume and scope and the overwhelming majority of Americans are outraged:
It's just a matter of time now as the noose begins to constrict Donald's flabby neck and the sooner the better: It looks like Mueller's prosecutors have just begun issuing their indictments and Donny Boy can't be far behind:

This should be a hot one. The much anticipated Special Counsel's first indictments have been unsealed - and they aren't about Pres. Trump and Russian election collusion, (yet???)But like a lyric from a song; 'whoo eee, whoo eee babyyy...' It sure paints an ugly picture. And one that seems to be a...

Donnie can no longer deny--I'm sorry, shouldn't deny--the Russians meddled in our election. A 37 page indictment listed ways and means the Russians used social media, Paypal, and an American to set up bank accounts and spent over a million dollars a month in their successful quest to hurt Clinton...
