August 21, 2018, an extremely dark, surreal and shocking day which will go down in infamy, the day Donald Trump’s manufactured world of monumental lies and deception began to crumble into the dirt like a sand castle melting at high tide: According to media reports, Michael Cohen under oath shocked the world when he stated that Mr. Trump DIRECTED him to commit serious felony crimes: UNREAL: Everyone who accepts the facts and the truth, which fortunately is still the vast majority of rational thinking Americans, anticipated this perceived inevitable day of dread would come creeping up sooner or later to Donald’s dark dingy doorstep, when Mr. Trump’s ‘fixer’ of over 10 years ‘flips’ on his former partner: We'd assume Donald Trump must now be doomed to a world of political and legal woe per the laws of the USA, as are all other cowardly complicit republican congress-persons and it’s astonishing to think we’ve yet to enter the impending decision stage of obstruction, abuse of power, witness tampering, conspiracy, collusion, treason, treachery and emoluments crimes of this immense tragedy: God Save The USA:

"Michael Cohen 'testified under oath that Donald Trump directed him to commit a crime,' lawyer Lanny Davis says"

"Donald Trump directed his personal lawyer Michael Cohen to commit a crime, Cohen's lawyer Lanny Davis says.

The statement came after Cohen pleaded guilty to campaign finance violations and other federal crimes.

Cohen did not name Trump himself when he admitted in court to the charges"

It seems Trump is a sitting duck.
He may of forget to pay off or not pay somebody, like he did with me. Being a mafia gambling man I wonder what trick he has up his sleeve next.

Castlepaloma: Considering Donald is already toast after the shocking plea deal Michael Cohen struck yesterday with prosecutors which essentially implicates Donald as an 'un-indicted co-conspirator, the next and only 'trick' Trump better have up his sleeve is a resignation and meeting with federal agents to give a full and complete confession about ALL pending investigation items:

Honestly, how long did he think he would get away with this?

JAKE Earthshine, I hope for the best but expect the worst for this is dirty politics that is merely known due to a Keystone Kleptomaniac orange pimple. Trump is just a symptom, getting rid of him isn't going to solve continued Kakistocracy.

Removing Mr. trump which must happen soon if we still have laws, will immediately alleviate the overt oppression, voluntary tyranny and utter nightmarish insanity perpetrated at the tiny hands of the most evil, corrupt and dangerous 72 year old elderly person to ever occupy our oval office in United States History:

Right now, after a short year and a half of hell, the USA and her allies have been reduced to a big pile of broken rubble due to an insane, Russian poodle named Bozo Trump and we may never be able to put it back together even after he's cuffed, shackled and dragged out of our oval office kicking and screaming:

Bill Clinton was forced to resign over a blowjob. I hear alot more negative things that Trump dose to other women.

Personally,  I don't think the President sexlife is anybody business unless they have proof of real harm being done.

You must be thinking of a Clinton in Toronto cause the Arkansas slick willie Clinton never resigned, not his office or his reputation as a serial sexual assaulter and rapist - things trump is accused of don’t come anywhere near anything Slick Willie actually did. The small payments Trump may have made to bimbos were extortions, certainly nothing like Clinton did for which he paid $850,000 to Paula jones. You should stick to commenting on things you actually know something about. No president in history was as disgusting as former president Clinton when it came to sex and he never resigned over a bj, he was impeached and disbarred over lying to a federal judge - it’s called purgery which also is far worse than anything Trump has done.

Everyone lies in degrees, it's America's greatest pass time. You can't impeach everyone from their jobs, especially from affairs. A President can't be impeached during his term, only afterwards which did not happen with Clinton.

World leaders thought Clinton charges for two counts was a joke.
A reporter asked Prime minister of Canada. Mr. Jean Chretien, what is your thoughts about Clinton and Monica case. He said I wish Monica a-penis. Reporter- did you say a penis. Chretien mmm, my french.  You know,  happi-ness.

Clinton was found not guilty by the Senate. He admitted to the affair. Then served out his full second term as President.
My correction, he did not Resign.

It is Trump, not Clinton who is the greatest international laughingstock of America ever. Saying Trump has not committed purgery in court. Is about as far opposite as his world record holder of lawsuits and him as a world champion liar could be. He even cheated me out $12,000 for an excellent sandcastle contract I did for him. A bully kicking sand into my face.

Trump is getting more than 10 fold of $12,000 free advertising from me.

Based on the history of your comments I wouldn’t believe anything you say. There are two sides to every story and all I’ve heard from you about how Trump cheated you is your side which to begin with I have no reason to believe especially since you are so hate filled toward Trump. Against your claim he cheated you are many, probably hunndreds of accounts from people he did business with who say he was a straight shooter. It’s obvious by the way you comment on issues involving Trump you are uninformed (not unlike your claim Clinton resigned) and simply going against him because you are holding onto a grudge against him. It’s all about you and you could care less that he is doing and already has done enormous good for America and it’s citizens, black unemployment lowest in history, economy strong and getting stronger, tax cuts job creation, you name it, makes Canada look like another failed socialist country.

Clinton has been out of office and in the news for 18 years and you have believed he resigned for the last 18 years until I just set you straight? Yeah you are not someone to go to for the truth.

I gave you an idea of two sides to the story. Even though Trump approved my sandcastle as excellent at Trump World casino. He con me by chewing up my expense account on my world class sculptors with phony union rules. Nothing said in our contract with sculptors must be unionized.
That's just herding cats.  Yet was force to and never again.

I've had the worlds largest sand and snow sculpture company in the world for 30 years. Done 1000s of contracts only have been screwed twice. Both times mafia con artist men as Trump is. Never once have I issued a lawsuit in my life. Where Trump has over 4000 lawsuits, as it's a world record. It take the best conman to have a road record like that. About as opposite as you can get, as a straight shooter.

You'll have to throw out hate and being against anything. I don't use those words or behavior in my aldult life toward anyone. I'll give this gift back to you, the rightful owner, ....you.
I will get justice with Trump in honest forthright way.

I made a correction about Clinton resign. I don't make serious mistakes except other than my divorce and working with Trump. I not getting into several of your flaws, as I sense your not quick to admit or adjust them.

If you told most countries that  Trumps has done an enormous good for America and it’s citizens. Then compare to Canada another failed socialist country.  They would just ignore you and your lack of evidence.

Personally I think North America is so screwed anyways. I'm in the transition of immigrating to Colombia, where it legal to be green and build eco villages.

Do you know something Alan Dershowitz does not know about Federal laws?  Do you believe our laws will be ignored due to this president?  This subject is very cut and dry... The president as of today hs not been charged with anything except in the eyes of the media, and anyone that is joining into the hysteria.  One question WHAT FELONY? Please if you are going to answer my question stick to the fact of law, not "well if he did this, and if he did that... "  Because if comes are facts.

I sure hope you got something better than that because everyone knows Alan Dershowitz is nothing but a weirdo 79 year old cheap republican hack who has obviously not practiced law in a very very long time: This odd looking fellow would probably tell the Trump cultees Donald is innocent even if he shot a person on 5th avenue with video taped evidence and unfortunately for this collapsing country, many would actually fall for his con job:

Just remember this, way before all the investigations have been concluded and all the evidence is in, oddball Alan Dershowitz ALREADY wrote a book called 'The Case Against Impeaching Trump': Believe it or not, it's true, go google it !! That's like writing a book today about what happened on our first manned mission to mars, it's virtually impossible and everyone knows it:

He must really feel like the fool now, with Trump's entire circle of crooks finding their way to prison or 'flipping' and with the first legally documented plea that Mr. Trump directed Cohen to commit federal crimes with corroborating evidence: How could anyone possibly write a book about that topic months or years before the investigations have concluded? lol, Is he a little sawed off Nostradamus or what?

No, just trying to reorient you to reality. You sound very foolish.

"I sure hope you got something better than that because everyone knows Alan Dershowitz is nothing but a weirdo 79 year old cheap republican hack who has obviously not practiced law in a very very long time:"

No, he has been teaching constitutional the law. at Harvard.. LOL
Alan Dershowitz is a scholar of United States constitutional law and criminal law, and a noted civil libertarian. he spent much of his career as a professor at Harvard. He is a staunch Libertarian. And your education Jake? How dare you insult a man of such stature. In this case, you sound ill-educated in Dershowitz background.

"odd-looking fellow". My God Jake look in the mirror. No really tired of your dribble about others looks.

"How could anyone possibly write a book about that topic months or years before the investigations have concluded?"

"The Case Against Impeaching Trump". He seeks to reorient the debate over impeachment to the same standard that Dershowitz has continued to uphold for many decades. The law of the United States of America, as established by the Constitution.  The book was not about the Mueller investigation?  Not sure why you commented on a book it is clear you have not read. You just keep your ear to CNN and Crazy Pron lawyer.

" He must really feel like the fool now, with Trump's entire circle of crooks

finding their way to prison or 'flipping' and with the first legally documented plea that Mr. Trump directed Cohen to commit federal crimes with corroborating evidence: How could anyone possibly write a book about that topic months or years before the investigations have concluded? "

???? The book was not about a "circle of crooks" or a witch hunt... It was about the constitutional laws of impeaching a sitting president!

Maybe you feel your a "little sawed-off Nostradamus ".

Jake, you need to research a subject before making a comment.  Plus you should curb your insults on others. The people you are insulting are as a rule well educated,  productive, successful individuals. I must be blunt you certainly should work on your social skills.

Well, Sharlee01, everyone knows oddball Alan Dershowitz is a 79 year old comedian / republican hack who wrote a book months ago called 'The Case Against Impeaching Trump' BEFORE all the evidence has been collected and BEFORE Michael Cohen implicated Bozo Trump in serious federal crimes for which he must be indicted if we still have laws:

lol, Is Alan clairvoyant and do Trump cultees now actually believe that he can see the future? Some still believe Bozo Trump's serial lying so I wouldn't doubt that they'd actually believe Alan can see into the future: I feel sorry for Alan's students if he teaches them to arrive at a verdict prior to studying ALL the facts or before the crime was even committed:

The fact is, oddball Alan wrote a book months ago attempting to defend Bozo Trump which means he'll probably try to defend him despite how guilty he truly is:

In reality, Mr. Trump is GONE, he's burnt toast according to the law, he's been gone for a long time now and that our justice system is now beginning to catch up to him, sometimes justice is slow but it does indeed arrive: Phony christian Mike Pence must be burnt toast too:

Jake. DITO just read my last post to you. Dershowitz book was all about Constitutional law., not defending Trump.  All about and rules of impeachment and our constitution.  Mueller's investigation had nothing to do with the content.  CONSTITUTIONAL LAWS s they apply to impeachment. Babble on...  And no he is still there Jake, In his way to a rally...  Focus Jake focus or maybe read the book.... LOL

Nice try Sharlee01, but you don't call a book 'The Case Against Impeaching Trump' if it's simply a book about 'constitutional law': Everyone knows Oddball Alan is a cheap little republican hack, not even a good one at that: Fox Loser Channel adores him so what does that tell you?

I guess he must teach students who have jury duty to arrive at a decision BEFORE the trial begins:

If you believe oddball Alan, I got a nice 'Trump University Diploma' for ya:

In the history of America there has only been two Presidents that have been charged with impeachment. Both were not followed through, or voted out and dismissed.

As bad as Trump is, his former Porn wife was right. They would of had alot more fun, staying away from being President of multi Corperationism.

As far a mocking a party,  Republican would be much easiest to mock. Boiling down their limited thinking predominate to white Christians males being rednecks, hillbillies and hick's. Much easier for Trump to Hypnotized, because he being a former Democrat, he knows.

I disagree I think liberals have innate imaginations, they seem to bypass facts very easy to try to support their opinion. They look to what if.  Not that it is wrong.  No, liberals can be credited with having good imaginations.   Conservatives are black and white not much gray... Most are calm, wait for outcomes before panic sets in.  It appears they do copy each other and fall very easily into the crowds' groupthink. Although it not really fair to categorize is it?  People are diverse.

Trump is toast and everyone around him knows it and his dwindling number of cultees must be frightened to death about now, waiting to see how it all ends for their sick, evil and perverted orange false idol: Perhaps that's the reason you're still trying to peddle old, tired and boring off topic garbage about Trump's STDs with no facts as usual right ahorseback?

YES, the overwhelming majority do indeed hate trump with good reason for that hatred and they want him REMOVED from our oval office ASAP before the rubble of the USA is no longer recognizable:

Well, here's another astonishing development which proves just how dumb, inept and delusional your idol is: Bozo Trump essentially confessed to a serious federal felony crime of influencing a presidential election yesterday on fox propaganda channel in front of millions of witnesses, I guess he now believes he can commit crimes at will with impunity or he might be completely off his rocker but in either case, he must be removed: It appears as if his mental meltdown has accelerated:

The GOOD, righteous progressive side has slogans too, like "TWD": "Trump Worship Disorder":

"Michael Cohen: Trump’s greatest fear comes true"

"Trump's claim that the Mueller investigation is a 'witch hunt' just got the wind knocked out of it."

The way things are rapidly progressing, with just the public evidence mounting up and plea deals flying, there's a high probability that Donny Boy and his family might be sucking bars in prison long before the Mueller Criminal Investigation concludes:

Guess many other prior presidents just did not find the time. He is doing a wonderful job, even with all the stumbling blocks that are thrown in his way.

Nothing positive he does on a daily basis gets reported. I follow his itinerary on his facebook., and Fox covers most of his accomplishments.

In regards to the Obama administration obstruction of the Trump campaign.  AG Session did claim Jan, 2018 that it all was going to be investigated by DOJ.  Hopefully, he is a man of his word. It is very clear in the last few days Trump is pressuring Sessions to get on with it, and Trump has the authority to release documents. He may just fight fire with gasoline.

Apparently, David Pecker made the smart decision and is choosing to AVOID prison by providing pertinent info to prosecutors: Who in their right mind other than Russian sympathizer Paul Manafort who was recently convicted of felony crimes and is facing multiple years in the slam, would actually be insane enough to go to jail for anyone including Donald who everyone knows by now could care less about anybody else except himself?:

Now that Donald Trump according to reports has already been officially implicated in at least one federal crime by Michael Cohen in the lower NY case, documented and filed we presume, and with the walls crumbling to the ground around him right before his very eyes, will he resign for the good of the country so we can begin to assess the dense economic, national security and moral decaying rubble he's left behind? Or, will he maniacally continue with what most define as his grand, unholy, dark charade of self absorbed narcissism, lies and radical anti-American acts of betrayal like Helsinki and others?

A putrid rotten orange peach about to get squashed into mush by our judicial system:

Sorry ahorseback, but here in what's left of the USA, it's impossible to be an un-indicted co-conspirator which all legal experts worth their weight are now calling this clown, and an illegitimate president simultaneously: Although it appears as if he's trying mightily in broad daylight, Bozo Trump hasn't been able to turn us into Russia just yet and we must assume our laws will take care of this crooked soulless old man soon enough:

BTW: Phony Christian Mike Pence is GONE too, how can you be the head of the Trump Campaign transition and NOT be aware of what looks like an ever growing conspiracy to defraud the United States?

Breaking BIG *******: Developing NOW: Reports indicate David Pecker 'Flips' on Trump and Granted IMMUNITY: HUGE: According to reports, Mr. Pecker maintained a hidden and locked repository to securely store damaging info pertaining to Donald Trump:

This STUNNING Development appears to have been mentioned in the secret Trump Cohen audio tape which included a discussion about CASH payments:

"National Enquirer hid damaging Trump stories in a safe during 2016 campaign"

White HOT Development *******: Another 'flipper' in the Trump Criminal Investigations: This time, it's the top money man, Allen Weisselberg who has reportedly been on the inside of the Trump Org for decades: Who knows what he knows but it's certainly Not Good if your last name happens to be Trump:

Who on this Earth except Paul Manafort Donald's Campaign Chief who was just convicted of several federal crimes which will send him to prison for life, would possibly go away to a dark dungeon of hell for a very long time just to protect a self absorbed, non-loyal mentally disturbed individual like Donald Trump who could care less about them or anyone else on this planet? Apparently not many when it comes down to REALITY and there are actually reports that so called 'tough guy' Paul Manafort cracked under pressure and is also seeking a 'flipper deal' with prosecutors: If he's got valuable information that can be verified, he just might be next to get immunity for his testimony against Donald:

"Nothing Good Happens to the Boss When They Flip the Accountant"

"An unbelievable week is capped off with news of an immunity deal for the man overseeing the Trump Organization's books."

498? That's sounds about right, about the number of counts of criminal activity including treachery and conspiracy which will be listed in the Trump Indictment and impeachment which republicans must pursue or be in violation of their oaths:

          You should really read this:

"The Inconvenient Legal Troubles That Lie Ahead for the Trump Foundation"

          https://www.newyorker.com/news/our-colu … foundation

Instead of running amok all over this place in a conservative panic because you know a powerful progressive blue wave of good, righteousness and salvation for we the people is coming soon to stop the mega corrupt hate filled destructive madness now spewing almost endlessly from our white house, instead of starting a million and one discussions about fox style nonsense, you really should listen to this very closely ahorseback and you'll discover that every republican congress-person is in blatant violation of their oaths by neglecting their duties to check an illegitimate president's reckless insanity on all fronts as he destroys our economy and ignores our constitutional laws:

As you can see, Con-Man Paul Ryan's loyalty is NOT to a president, but to our constitution and he is in blatant violation of his oath of office, not to say he'll suffer any legal consequences in this new but very brief era of lawlessness, perhaps he and severalof his other cohorts will be indicted at a later date when sanity is restored, but be assured, the progressive masses will speak up against him and his republican stooges this NOVEMBER to STOP the insane Trump / republican attacks on your healthcare, to reverse their atrocious corporate welfare tax cut scam give aways to Wall Street and of course to STOP their mega-corrupt tendencies:

Oh so now you are angry because your OWN party can't stop Trump BUT also want the republicans to join the obstruction party hyperbole ?   Don't worry Jake , Republican are also going to be replaced in Nov. with some younger blood , Take a look at how many Iraq war vets are getting into politics ,   I'm telling you Trump Train is a middle America {tea party like }movement to destroy ALL DC apathy , cronyism  and self enriching .

Sorry ahorseback, but nobody needs to "STOP" Donald Trump, he does an exemplary job of impeaching and incriminating himself almost every single day:

If they are professional and thorough prosecutors, I'm confident they must be sifting through every one of his little twitter rants to determine exactly which may constitute crimes, which might corroborate previous crimes and of course which are not:

Actually, if we still have valid laws there are many, he just hasn't been indicted yet because we must assume prosecutors must indict ALL other criminals to avoid his monumental tizzy fit of firing Mueller and everyone else:

If prosecutors indict Donald last, it foils a scheme to fire prosecutors:

Now you sound just like Rickety Old Alan Dershowitz, pre-judging a case before the trial even begins just like his book: And by the way, even he seems to now understand the grave legal jeopardy Donald Trump is in, if I recall correctly, he actually said the other day on national television that Donald should be focused on and more concerned about the NY Criminal Investigation because and I paraphrase, "There are constitutional defenses for the Mueller Investigation":

WHY on earth would Donald need constitutional defenses if there were no crimes?

I think right wing nut cases had better have another strange looking elderly mental midget lined up because with the evidence mounting daily, and Donald now considered by most experts as an un-indicted co-conspirator, yes believe it or not you heard that correctly, if we still have laws, Donald and Pence are GONE:
