No kidding! According to the Washington Post, a WH official says Trump is afraid to visit troops in war zone. This is no surprise to many of us who were aware of his draft dodging days. Apparently he's also afraid of cemeteries where dead heroes rest, especially when it's raining...
Wow! Where are all of the DT defenders on this topic? Perhaps Jake is right and they're already retreating back into the woodwork. Normally they'd be making up all sorts of excuses as to why Donnie isn't afraid to visit the troops like every other modern day POTUS. What a poor excuse for a human being!!
First, only an idiot is not afraid of visiting a war zone. Donald Trump is not an idiot, no matter how many you might claim he is.
Second, fewer and fewer people are interested in participating in another Trump bashing session; most of us have better things to do. A nice nap, maybe.
I'm afraid of public speaking but I do it anyway as part of my job. Sounds like Trump will have to be shamed into doing his job.
I don't believe shaming Donnie works too well, Pretty. I know of no one with as many shameful acts and statements as he's responsible for, especially as a POTUS.
Trump's job description does not include entering ANY war zone, regardless of how much his political opponents might wish to see him quietly disappear into the night. On the contrary, his job description includes keeping himself alive and healthy. It's why you never see a general on the front line with an assault rifle in their hands.
Well, I can see this is yet another case where what was always admired and respected and, yes, expected of previous commanders in chief is now excused for this President. I can see why you would get tired of trying to explain away his deficient conduct.
I'll wager you'll recede even further from political forums the more DT and his cronies get further indictments for criminal charges, Dan.
Well, Randy, as I said - I'm not much interested in another Trump bashing, so it should be pretty obvious that your comment is not worth responding to. Because that's all it is.
Yes, you're here to simply defend the coward, Dan. And not doing a very good job of it because he was always afraid of defending his country...personally that is. "Oooh my bone spurs hurt! My serve?"
If there is one thing that I cannot abide from one who wants be my leader, it is cowardice. Trump is the very epitome of the word. But he does have "financial courage"? Tell that to the men and women who have given the ultimate sacrifice. Everything has been pointing that way, it was the undergirding for the altercation between the Chicken Hawk in Chief and a real patriot, the late John McCain, whose condemnation of Trump resonates beyond the grave. And he definitely got in the last word.
Regardless of the rightwing drive to cover this gross character flaw over, Donald Trump is the biggest yellow belly of the west. It is always the tough talking cowards that I abhor, who will so easily sacrifice others to save their own pathetic lives and comforts. Definitely, "the wrong stuff".
He always earned most of bashing he gets.....
Googling , I found that Obama visited Baghdad once and Bagram once , do you all know what kind of reaction I have for Obama visiting the troops in a war zone ?............wow .
I'm truly impressed ...............
Kinda not !
What a lame thread .........Trump's got six more years to soften the blow of such "patriotic outrage " from the left ......... And everyone here knows how I feel about the likelihood of the very existence of patriotism on the left .
Seen a UFO lately ?
"Former President Barack Obama made his first of five presidential trips to the front lines three months after taking office and he went to Afghanistan twice in 2010, including one visit just months after he announced a surge of forces against the Taliban. Meanwhile, former President George W. Bush went half a dozen times, including his surprise visit to troops in Baghdad on Thanksgiving Day in 2003, eight months after the U.S.-led invasion of Iraq."https://www.politico.com/story/2018/03/06/trump-war-zones-afghanistan-iraq-390234
Trump's lucky to have two more years. I hope he gets them as it's just too funny laughing at him and I think his bid ad dictatorship is not working.
Wow , now there's an informed opinion . Obama was probably lucky he survived the bowing routines but they don't count do they ?
Is that all you can say after being proven wrong, ED? Simply posting more BS adds nothing to your credibility...as if there's any left.
Oh Randy , I'm sure that US troops were every proud of Obama visits to "war zones ", suppose he bowed to them too ?
Or did he also experience some of Hillary's " You know , we had rocket fire so we had to run with our heads down from the choppers to the foxholes "?
Were you wrong, ED? Just admit it instead of making up even more BS on top of your previous BS.
How can anyone be wrong about the most unpatriotic leader in US history, Obama ? Trump comparably , it's as if the USA just began again new again . Trump saved your AHCA for you , you should say thank you for one more entitlement instead of hurrying him off to some war-front , you know , like you did with Hillary and Benghazi .
These type of threads are little more than a typical social media juvenile attempt to bash someone on someone else's juvenile attempt at being noticed.
Try harder Randy. You can do it. I know you can.
Telling truths appears to be a problem for you also..
I just don't yet know what you're good at.
Trumpeters conveniently believe stating the truth about their leader's moral deficiencies, crass behavior, and alarming character flaws is "bashing." Riiiight. Imagine what they would call it if we actually did bash him?
They do not realize there's just so much to bash we can hardly choose where to start. And the next day there's more....and the next day...and the next. We've never had such a scandal filled admin before, bar none!
Well let's see there was the Obama administration and the Clintons and don't forget Jimmy's Iran deals ...... the difference is we didn't have to CREATE fake scandal ........Democrats throw them at us !
It just didn't happen on a thrice daily basis like it does under Trump. Tell you what ED, you start with the Obama scandals and I'll counter with Donnie's. Want to have a friendly little wager? Want to put your money where your mouth is?
Then there's this:
“I’m not good for medical. In other words, if you cut your finger and there’s blood pouring out, I’m gone,” he told Stern.
“So what happens is, this guy falls off right on his face, hits his head, and I thought he died. And you know what I did? I said, ‘Oh my God, that’s disgusting,’ and I turned away,” said Trump. “I couldn’t, you know, he was right in front of me and I turned away. I didn’t want to touch him… he’s bleeding all over the place, I felt terrible. You know, beautiful marble floor, didn’t look like it. It changed color. Became very red. And you have this poor guy, 80 years old, laying on the floor unconscious, and all the rich people are turning away. ‘Oh my God! This is terrible! This is disgusting!’ and you know, they’re turning away. Nobody wants to help the guy. His wife is screaming—she’s sitting right next to him, and she’s screaming.”
“I was saying, ‘Get that blood cleaned up! It’s disgusting!’ The next day, I forgot to call [the man] to say he’s OK,” said Trump, adding of the blood, “It’s just not my thing.”

What does the younger generation know , really know , about whether a president was a good one or not ? I'm talking of besides what they are brainwashed to "know " by others ?
What does this have to do with facts? Oh yeah, it's Ed.
I agree part of Obama's legacy is Trump. Old farts couldn't handle a half black president so they elected an old white fart who embarrasses most thinking white people.
Don't be scared Ed. The country, and world, will move progress, it's natural.
Obama , Historically the first US president to actually not end up with any legacy at all . Give me an address , I'll send his library a free book.
Trump's legacy is already made in his first two years with the most lies ever told by a sitting POTUS, even by those serving two terms. Yes...that's really something to be proud of, ED.
Oh you've just got to learn what a good ole' fashioned bullshytterer is , it keeps 'em all guessin ' ..................you should be proud ! Hey , anything's better than phony stuttering' Obama you know , never really saying anything of value at all ?
This tells me you don't know the difference between harmless BS and outright lies. No shock whatsoever...
What happened to your other thread , debating with multitudes who know better not suit you ?
Don't know which thread you're referring to, ED.

Why are people so afraid of Trump becoming President?Do they think he might do good and make the country great again. The U.S. is no longer a world leader in much of any thing. Some countries call us a third world nation now. Others say the U.S. can not be trusted anymore.

This report proves there was no insurrection on January 6. If someone wanted to have an insurrection, why would they order 10,000 troops to help with crowd control? The report proves that President Donald Trump ordered 10,000 troops for January 6 and it was the democrats who decided not...
