   They’re still wearing underwear so I don’t see it as being much different than someone walking around in a bathing suit to be honest.
   
   Or maybe I’m just desensitized from all the nude bike riding I witnessed living in Vancouver.

   We have no pants day and a nude bike-a-thon here in Chicago.  The first year I happened across the nude bike riders which held up traffic for about half an hour I near about crashed my car!

   ... now, I can understand nude bike riding. The human body is a miraculous thing.
   
   Underwear is gross to see.

   if I can't walk around in my underwear anytime I want how can it (from the waste down) be allowed at ANY time?
   Why is indecent exposure, as promoted by "No Pants Day at the Metro" allowed at all?
   
   Is it ( the willingness to do so) just the innocent result of "pajama day" as promoted in public schools?
   
   Never the less, WHO has allowed the law of indecent exposure to be violated?
   
   Is it the Metro? Is it the government?
   Very curious, if you ask me, which no one ...

      A person commits a misdemeanor if he or she exposes his or her genitals under circumstances in which he or she knows his or her conduct is likely to cause affront or alarm.
