Declaring a national emergency is nothing new.  Many have been declared by other presidents, even the left's beloved Obama.  So, why all the fuss about President Donald Trump's national emergency?  Some have been in effect for years.

“According to the Federal Register, 58 national emergencies have been declared since the National Emergency Act of 1976 was signed into law by President Gerald Ford.
And 31 have been annually renewed and are currently still in effect, as listed in the Federal Register.”

It was never about the wall or the money or border control. It was always about denying Trump of his agenda.
If Trump wants to cure cancer, the Democrats would be against it.

My suggestion to Trump, just support open borders and ship all illegals immigrants to the blue states with sanctuary cities...
See how quickly they will come around.

It's the Dems fault? Why didn't Trump get his wall money when he had control of both the House and Senate?

Why wait until he lost control of the House?

It has nothing to do with the Dems. It has everything to do with sheer incompetence.

No, it was Paul Ryan. He lied to him and delayed the budget negotiations till he was out of office.
I blame paul Ryan, the GOP leadership and the rest of the GOP machine for undermining Trump.
They all need to go as far as I am concerned. We need term limits in the House and Senate.

Hmm. You blamed the Dems in your first post and now you blame the Repubs. I'm confused.  smile

I don't believe any of them involve violating the Constitution and misappropriating funds previously approved for other purposes by Congress.
