Many knew McConnel's blocking Garlands nomination to SCOTUS would come back and bite him on the butt, but we didn't know in what manner. Since Garland resumed his job he's now in the position to decide what happens to all of the subpoenas Trump is stonewalling. Time wounds all heels!

Glad to have you back, Randy. You always liven up the debates.

Payback is a b----, especially in politics.

Hopefully, the only issue worth noting is the irony of karma. We wouldn't want a Supreme Court nominee entertaining an idea of payback, would we?

I agree Gus, but it is humorous to us "Trump Deniers."

Not that Trump wouldn't stoop to "Payback", or would he?

And now Mitch is on the hot seat. It seem Mitch, shortly after Congress voted unanimously to uphold the sanctions on a Russian oligarch--2nd largest aluminum producer in the world--the senate posed to do the same until a rep from the Russian contacted Mitch telling him the Russian was going to build a new 200 million dollar plant in Mitch's state of Kentucky.

The Trump admin was trying to get the sanctions lifted on the Russian but all of a sudden Mitch rallied the troop in the Senate and the sanctions were lifted.

It turns out the rep representing the oligarch was a former republican rep and was husband of judge Trump nominated for a lifetime seat. Previously to Mitch's senate vote, she had to withdraw her nomination because she was obviously unqualified.

Shortly after the 200 million dollar deal, Mitch pushed her nomination through the senate and now she has a lifetime Judgeship.

Coincidence? Only if you're a Trump fan!

Revenge and justice are sweet daughters of a revolving democracy. When one cuts the other kiss until such time lips and knives are switched. (Not Shakespeare but I think you guys get the point.)
I just hope fairness and justice are at the forefront of the process and following all laws is considered.

I feel sure Garland will follow the law, unlike Trump.
