Roger Stone: Was there ever any doubt he was a crook?

Today Roger Stone--confident and cohort of Donald Trump--received a not-too--subtle reminder that crime does not pay. He joins a growing list of Trump's incarcerated buds. If the Ukrainian investigation gets going, he won't be alone, and Rudy, Rick, Lev, and Igor will certainly be of entertainment during their incarceration. Thoughts or disagreements?

Yet another Trump aide gets nailed for connections to Ukraine and Russia.

I suspect Trump supporters will soon block this one from memory as they have the others.

There is no doubt that Trump will be impeached, but will probably get jail time.

Trump is already an unindicted co-conspirator in the Michael Cohen trial and it wouldn't surprise me if he has a few cops waiting around for him if he resigns or gets impeached. Perhaps him and Roger could be cell mates.

This is the most corrupt president in modern history, probably ever.

I wonder which one--Trump or Roger--will throw the other under the bus first, Sandy? The corruption just keeps on keeping on..

Trump, of course. If Stone were going to turn on Trump he should have done it already. Trump will do whatever he thinks will save his own hide, including turn on his own kids. He has to integrity and even less loyalty.

I don't know about that, Sandy. Roger isn't accustomed to being in a jail cell, and there's no guarantee Trump will be around to pardon him if he decides to do so. Lots of thinkin' time for ole Roger. yikes

The Nixon presidency is the worst in U.S. history for total indictments -- 76 of them over 5.5 years.

Trump has had at least 37 indictments in 2.8 years. So his total doesn't beat Nixon, but he's pacing at the same rate.

There are more to come as the inquiry really gets into the heart of the matter. Rick Perry didn't resign for nothing. Lev and Igor may sing as well.
