Keep in mind this is a leak, but so is just about everything that the media reports on Trump. Good feed, bad feed, you be the judge. As a rule, some love a good leak when it looks like Trump's foot is bloody in a bear trap.   But, what about when the leak more or less has him exonerated?

Source (Reuters) -  It has leaked that to media, yet unsubstantiated that New York prosecutors investigating former U.S. President Donald Trump's business practices may issue one or more criminal indictments very soon  – but not against Trump himself, according to people that have been closely involved in the case.

Trump's attorney Ronald Fischetti, said on Monday" that based on discussions with prosecutors he expects “no charges” will be brought against  Mr.Trump." Others familiar with the case claim that prosecutors are preparing criminal charges against Allen Weisselberg, longtime chief financial officer for the Trump Organization, and also are considering criminal charges against the Trump company.

So, after a three-year investigation of Trump’s property dealings, the initial charges by Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance Jr will focus mainly on whether Weisselberg and other company officials received corporate perks and benefits, such as rent-free apartments and leased cars, that were not reported properly on their tax returns, according to several people familiar with the investigation. The indictments would be the investigation’s first against top officials at Trump's company, marking a critical shift from investigation to prosecution.

Trump’s lawyer, Fischetti, said the case is “embarrassing” and without merit. n “In my more than 50 years of practice, never before have I seen the District Attorney’s Office target a company over employee compensation or fringe benefits,” such as company cars or apartments, said Fischetti."  He added -- “They say their investigation is continuing but it’s a pretty shallow indictment for all that,”

Trump released a statement Monday night attacking the prosecutors as “rude, nasty and totally biased” and his company’s actions “in no way a crime.”  They continue to be ‘in search of a crime’ and will do anything to frighten people into making up the stories or lies that they want, but have been totally unable to get,” Trump said.

In my view -- Looks like the three-year New York wild goose chase is about to end, crash and burn, sizzled out, bit the dust...

Does it matter? The media screams it, declares him tried and convicted and the left’s base is too simple minded, or brain washed, to see it’s just smear campaigns; every time. They fell for the lies for years. Why think they’ll suddenly start thinking for themselves?

Note the crickets. Yes, they stick fingers in their ears and just start humming...  They will never regain the ability to think for themselves, they just find it so easy to have others think for them. They buy into anything bad man Trump,
