Not to be gossiping or anything, but don't we have a right to know about the psychological state of this Russian ruler who seems to intent on getting what he wants despite the tragedy, sorrow and misery it causes?

    https://www.thecut.com/2022/08/putins-a … baeva.html

So, he divorced his wife and had this girl on the side, (and apparently got her pregnant three times,) but can't admit to it. So what? He sneaks her in past numerous security checkpoints and guards and meanwhile denies he has anything to do with her at all?

That Putin's personal life is frustrating may be an understatement.

Some leaders are not truely honest, no matter their state of mind.                                     And the love affair between him and Kabaeva, is personal, and concerns none else.                                   Nevertheless, siphoning state money, and hidding same in her name and relations, make the matter a crime. Putin, has a criminal mindset.

        - well, you are right, of course ... but their love life will tell a lot about them. Putin's love life is not so great, unless he's got some other buddy by now.
(Yes, I feel gossiping about this is terrible and gross.)

And then there are those with perfectly fine wives, children and love lives, but who are not such great leaders. So, never mind.

Thank you. And I agree wholly with your last paragraph.                                         The words 'love lives' remind me of a pictorial sex technique book,...a very good bonb indeed which I lost.                                        Have a nice day.

I borrow it out to a friend. And like any rare book or antiquity gone or stolen.

Kabaeva is an elite rhythmic gymnast who has won two Olympic medals, fourteen world championship medals, and twenty-one European championship medals. Some reports say she has been Putin's longtime mistress, and she has served in the Russian parliament since 2007. https://veepn.com/blog/the-ultimate-gui … ion-speed/

    April 2022
"Amid the war in Ukraine, the U.S. and its allies have imposed personal sanctions on Putin, some people in his inner circle, and certain members of his family, including his two adult daughters. However, in April, the U.S. made a last-minute decision to spare Kabaeva from these sanctions, which effectively cut those named from U.S. financial systems, freezing any assets they hold here. According to The Wall Street Journal, some officials say that decision was made to avoid escalating tensions between Russia and the U.S., since sanctioning Kabaeva would be “so personal a blow” to Putin."

    August 2022
"Putin is rumored to be hiding Kabaeva and her children in Switzerland, though that is unconfirmed. But her unknown whereabouts did not stop the U.S. from finally sanctioning her on August 2 for “being or having been a leader, official, senior executive officer, or member of the board of directors of the Government of the Russian Federation,” per CNN. A statement from the U.S. Treasury Department identified her as the “current head of the National Media Group, a pro-Kremlin empire of television, radio, and print organizations” and noted her “close relationship to Putin.” Kabaeva was previously sanctioned by the U.K. in May and the E.U. in June."
