    1.  A.  Ohio to open a clinic amid growing health concerns over train derailment - The Ohio Health Department is launching a clinic in East Palestine on Tuesday to address mounting health concerns among residents after a train derailment prompted Norfolk Southern officials to release and burn a toxic chemical in the area to avoid an explosion.

    B. Fox Being sued by Dominion

    2.  A.  Troubling signs emerge as credit card debt hits record high --- As credit card debt hit an all-time high — just shy of $1 trillion — in the final three months of 2022, delinquencies among borrowers accelerated.

Balances grew $61 billion in the fourth quarter from the previous one to $986 billion, the Federal Reserve Bank of New York found. That marked the largest quarterly increase and the highest total since the series began in 1999.

    B. Biden making a late-night trip to Ukraine to offer more funds

    3. A.  Russia suspends only remaining major nuclear treaty with U.S. ---  MOSCOW (AP) — Russian President Vladimir Putin declared Tuesday that Moscow was suspending its participation in the New START treaty — the last remaining nuclear arms control pact with the United States — sharply upping the ante amid tensions with Washington over the fighting in Ukraine.

Speaking in his state-of-the-nation address, Putin also said that Russia should stand ready to resume nuclear weapons tests if the U.S. does so, a move that would end a global ban on nuclear weapons tests in place since Cold War times.

    B.  Inside the Trump grand jury that probed election meddling -- The 30-year-old Fulton County resident who was between jobs suddenly found herself at the center of one of the nation’s most significant legal proceedings. She would become foreperson of the special grand jury selected to investigate whether then-President Donald Trump and his Republican associates illegally meddled in Georgia’s 2020 presidential election. The case has emerged as one of Trump’s most glaring legal vulnerabilities as he mounts a third presidential campaign, in part because he was recorded asking state election officials to “find 11,780 votes" for him.

Yes, I know all issues hold importance, but which tops your list?

Biden's trip doesn't bother me at all.

I'm concerned that the train wreck is becoming little more than a hole to pour money into - what I've seen of the problems to date is that there are none...outside of unfounded fear by residents.

CC debt - it is apparent that we are living off of credit, likely because of inflation.  Not only the country now, but individuals as well, and that cannot continue without dire repercussions.

Nuclear treaties; at this point is is saber rattling.  But it could grow to much more, ending in annihilation.

The grand jury appears like nothing more than another political ploy to harm Trump, and the new "foreman" choice bears that out.  As near as I can tell this lady has zero qualifications for such a post, pointing once more to nothing more than another witch hunt, and I'm quite tired of those.  But it isn't a major concern, either.

I appreciate your response to my questions. You have a very cool relaxed demeanor, I think that is commendable.

"The ECP braking rule would've applied ONLY to HIGH HAZARD FLAMMABLE TRAINS. The train that derailed in East Palestine was a MIXED FREIGHT TRAIN containing only 3 placarded Class 3 flammable liquids cars," she tweeted. "This means even if the rule had gone into effect, this train wouldn't have had ECP brakes."

Well, that's comforting. roll Ohio is lucky, then.

Let us cross our fingers so there's not another one that fits.

The conversation has taken on the blame game. My question in regard to the Train wreck was certainly not written to go in that direction.

"  A.  Ohio to open a clinic amid growing health concerns over train derailment - The Ohio Health Department is launching a clinic in East Palestine on Tuesday to address mounting health concerns among residents after a train derailment prompted Norfolk Southern officials to release and burn a toxic chemical in the area to avoid an explosion."

However, in regard to the blame game. Why go there until the facts are in? I offered up what facts I could find from The NTSB chair's statement to the media. She was clear that they were investigating the cause of the wreck, and would be offering more information today.

Let's cross our fingers that the current administration comes up with appropriate regulations to help prevent these kinds of future wrecks. And helps the people that now have to live with the aftermath of this wreck.
