First, this comment is all view oriented

Liberal media has done a very good job of conditioning its viewers to react to certain stimuli. I think it comes from the differing social mental requirements between liberals and conservatives.  In general, liberals want to change things,   they dwell on changing anything they feel needs changing, while conservatives do not, they prefer what they believe has worked well. If not broken don't, fix it.  In my view, conservatives feel To change something, especially something complex, one needs a degree of accurate understanding of what is actually happening. Again if not broken leave it be, or have a solid solution that comes with a fix.

Opposing change can be looked at in two ways --  fear of change or the appropriate amounts of fear, the uncertainty of outcome, or the common sense solution that has worked will continue to work.

Liberals seem to have been conditioned to first feel emotions in response to any Republican proposals, and to feel animosity towards what they see as old values that come with Republican proposals.

Liberals harbor the idea of social change is necessary,  no matter if it is necessary.  Conservatives are not always on board with  Social change that does not appear necessary and may be considered stupid and gullible to conservatives. This attribute is most likely part of their instilled attitude.

So, I can only speak for myself. If someone wanted to use a lint roller on me to enter a building --- my radar would tell me I am dealing with a mentally ill person, Candid camera, or a liberal that felt it necessary, a real necessity to cut down on lint pollution.

Where are you getting this litany of a response from some guy with a lint roller, speaking of a characteristic of people in general and not necessarily related to race?....

I use to make a fuss at the local Walmart when I thought that they always seem to check my sales receipt when I left the store and saw many others who were not checked. Being me, I decided to call out the store on it.  They said that the checks were usually made when alcoholic beverages were found in the customers cart, and I kept a virtual brewery in mine oftentimes for the summer.

We then came to an understanding that as long as I know what the policy is and what it is for and that it is applied consistently in the same manner for everyone, then you have no issue with me. Because being in my crotchety stage, I am always going to ask....

And in regard to your theory regarding liberal verses conservative reasoning, you are right about one thing, you speak for yourself...

"Where are you getting this litany of a response from some guy with a lint roller, "

GA Tell   --" Is There a Lefties vs. Righties Angle To This Social Training"

And --    "So many directions to go with this one."

You did not pick up the heading, and the following line to invite views?

I must ask --- what were your thoughts on the heading, the first line? So, what do you feel GA was going for here? A big Ha Ha?

"I use to make a fuss at the local Walmart when I thought that they always seem to check my sales receipt when I left the store and saw many others who were not checked. Hey, good point, but do you really think all would step up and let someone roll a lint roller over them?  I know I can tell you straight up --- I would not let anyone roll a lint roller over me --- for so many reasons. As you did not with being stopped in Walmarts.  We all don't march to the same drum.   Hence my lengthy comment in regards to Righties and Lefties.

I knew there were a lot of tempting directions, but I didn't expect one that serious.

Really?  Was our OP really just to get a chuckle?  I  don't think so...  I feel you added two screaming tells. And I must add, you often do in your OP's.
" Is There a Lefties vs. Righties Angle To This Social Training"
"So many directions to go with this one."

First, the pic,  which appeared to have people being duped into having a lint roller rolled over them. I took it as some people in our society are conditioned to follow the leader, hence groupthink. No matter how ridiculous the request or one could say media report --- run that dam lint roller all over me.   I would have used Pink Floyd Brick In The Wall myself.
          https://hubstatic.com/16484929.jpg

So what characteristics are relevant in Righties, and what characteristics are relevant in Lefties? Do conservatives push all for one and one for all? Do they abide by groupthink, as a rule?  Hence, look at me causing havoc to your OP.

I guess I  should have stuck with my first thought.  No one would run a lint roller over me.  0r this is just another GA riddle within a riddle and just offered a big  Ha Ha.

Sorry, must call you out on this one ---  I must ask (just to be bitchy) why the tells? "Righties --- Lefties"., "Social Training"  --- " So many directions to go with this one.".

          What were you looking for?
