    YouGov released an article with graphics using two polls seeking discovery after the election was over within about a week's time. From the 'Methodology' we learn;

    "Methodology: This article includes results from two online surveys. The first was conducted on November 6 - 9, 2024 among 1,133 U.S. adult citizens. The second was conducted on November 9 - 12, 2024 among 1,743 U.S. adult citizens for the Economist."

    The complete 'Methodology' is at the article end. One graphic of six shares the compare/contrast of pre- and post-election concerns. Opportunity is shown to see a sample set representing the adult U.S. citizenship . . .

      I waited a little before jumping in to comment on your thread—I wanted to let some time pass first. I can only share my own perspective and what I’ve noticed from conversations, social media, and what I’ve picked up on the street.

      It’s been three weeks since Trump won, and the feelings across the country seem to be all over the place. As someone who supports him, I can feel the excitement and hope from those who voted for Trump. There’s this sense of energy, almost like a collective sigh of relief that things might start moving in a direction that puts America first again. People are optimistic that his policies will tackle issues like immigration, the economy, and government accountability.

      On the flip side, I know there’s disappointment and concern from those who didn’t vote for him. They’re probably worried about what his leadership means for issues they care about, like healthcare or climate policy. Some are already rallying together, gearing up for activism or looking toward the next election. And then, there are the people in the middle, hoping for unity but cautious about how things will play out. It feels like the country is still very divided, but Trump’s win has definitely stirred strong emotions on all sides. I think many of us are eager to see what he’ll do first and how the next four years will unfold.
