Oh MY! Elon Musk has recently stirred up curiosity by joking on social media about buying MSNBC, in light of Comcast’s plans to spin off the network. His playful meme, which included a caption about resisting the temptation to buy MSNBC, caught attention and sparked speculation about whether Musk might actually pursue such a move. This comes amid concerns at MSNBC, where employees are uncertain about the network's future following Comcast's restructuring plans.
Joe Rogan quickly made a playful remark on X (formerly Twitter) about Rachel Maddow's position at MSNBC after Elon Musk expressed interest in purchasing the network. Rogan humorously tweeted, "If you buy MSNBC, I would like Rachel Maddow’s job. I will wear the same outfit and glasses, and I will tell the same lies." Musk responded with a simple "Deal."
Musk’s comments were met with further amusement when others, including Donald Trump Jr., suggested he should go through with it, and Musk responded humorously. Though it appears to be a joke for now, Musk has a history of turning outlandish ideas into reality, such as his unexpected purchase of Twitter. If he did pursue the acquisition, it would certainly be a significant shift in the media landscape.
.
As of now, it seems to be more of a humorous suggestion rather than a formal business move. However, given Musk's history and resources, it's not entirely out of the realm of possibility.
Any thoughts are welcome.

How can CNN and MSNBC twist the words and actions of Trump so easily? They even show a man behind Trump when he made the "second amendment" comment. The man was plainly laughing at the comment because it was meant as a joke.
