BAGHDAD -- A U.S. Navy SEAL was cleared yesterday of charges that he covered up the alleged beating of an Iraqi prisoner suspected of masterminding the grisly 2004 killings of four American security contractors.

A second Navy Seal was also aquitted one more tribunal to go.
All men of honor! I'm glad they were cleared and I'm sure the third seal will be cleared as well, and rightly so!
I don't think those Navy guys should have picked on a helpless terrorist.
I know when the SEALs turned him over to the Iraqi's the poor murdering terrorist had a bloody lip.
All he did was drag Americans through the streets behind a vehicle and hung their bodies from a bridge.
How he managed to not get a bullet through his forehead is due to the discipline and ethics of the SEAL's in the first place.
