It really is very sad indeed, but there is at least some truth in the defense that the company have used when critisized about this - they have nearly half a million emplyees - so while 10 in a year sounds very high, it actually isn't very different from the average that you would expect from any group that large.
10 is more then most companys have in 5 years. something has to be done.
