Online merchant terrorizer has been arrested. Finally (after three years). Chalk up another one for the good guys.

Yeah I saw that. I also saw where it said Google has now changed the way it ranks sites so that bad reviews and so on of sites does not actually push it higher.
However I'm not 100% convinced Google's software can really tell the difference. How can it? And what if a site has 100 good reviews and one bad one, does Google see it as bad because of one bad review?
I think they need to tweak some more,,,
I agree! At least Google is aware of the problem, though. Let's hope they keep up the smarts and keep tweaking until the algorithm does what it's supposed to.
Still.... I feel sure there will always be people who will work to game the system somehow.
