It's happening everywhere, when the left suffers defeat in elections or even when biparisan compromise effects the liberal base activist judges step in to thwart the will of the people. We saw it in WI with the judge placing a stay on Walker bill to save that states economy and we see it again here in IL and no doubt the judges that ruled in favor of Obamacare being constitutional were not interpeting the law but changing it from the bench to serve the liberal agenda.
Will this continued activism cause the destruction of our republic? I believe there is a danger if this continues.
What republic..? The fact is we are being controlled through government fiat and judicial decree...Our representatives propose, activist liberal judges dispose..." Czars " are making laws that are bypassing the scrutiny and responsibility of our elected congress...presidents that enter into war without advising the American people or congress until after the fact...
