Sure looks that way... today! I guess we'll know for sure right after Obama checks the political polls for what is the more popular position. Isn't that why Obama decided to try the gitmo detainees in military tribunals? This president has never stopped campaigning even after winning the office... every decision he's made is based upon the political implications to his reelection.
