wow, it is time to change the definition of family in legal aspects and that society can become accepting and permissive. It all starts with us.
The change in the definition of family being that it is not solely composed of a father (male), mother (female) and children should be encapsulated in all aspects of social laws. It could be any combination/varied and based on commitment and love.
Even though his speech fell on deaf ears (three Democrats joined 59 Republicans to vote in favor of amending the Constitution to ban gay marriage, which passed by a 62-37 vote), this became viral and hope it will stir a thought among our lawmakers.
..yes Zach is very eloquent..he speaks from his heart and obviously loves his family...i still find it odd in this day and age that some folks still need to be enlightened....g/l and other families have been raising children for a very long time...it's not new...
